yoga nidra class

Fridays and Sundays 11am – 11.45am

Yoga nidra is a practice of guided mind–body awareness that enables effortless disengaging from the thinking mind, to create a nourishing, meditative state of deep relaxation and ease.

Involving no physical yoga poses, yoga nidra is done in a restful and comfortable lying position, and can be enjoyed equally by those with yoga or meditation experience, and those with no prior experience. It can be excellent for those who may otherwise find it difficult to relax or to meditate, and is beneficial for many health and wellbeing conditions.

These classes are suitable for all ages from teens.

$12/$10 concession; bookings essential (and please refrain from wearing fragrances)
