Matwork Pilates with Kishore Ryan

Kishore began Pilates classes after injuring his back in 2012. As a result, his back pain disappeared entirely and he also grew an inch taller. He completed Fundamentals of Anatomy (2013) and Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork Instruction (2014) at National Pilates Training in Melbourne’s CBD and is currently upgrading to their Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. Classes adhere to the philosophy and principles developed by Joseph Pilates but follow a modern method as taught by National Pilates. Beginning with the foundations of breathing, alignment and centering, the matwork classes are adapted to the specific needs, body type, weaknesses and strengths of the students.
