Matwork Pilates with Kishore Ryan

Kishore completed his Certificate in Matwork Instruction at National Pilates with Katrina Edwards, Sara Colquhorn and Kath Banks. His enthusiasm as a teacher comes from the long-term benefits of practicing the Pilates Method.

State of being community yoga

Sundays 4:00pm – 5:00pm

State of Being is a community organisation dedicated to making yoga, mindfulness and self-care accessible to all.  Working at a slow pace, this  class utilises inclusive, somatic and trauma-sensitive practices to explore different yoga forms and techniques.

By donation; suggestion between $5 – $10 to cover hire costs.
