Venue Hire

Open for meetings, discussions, organising activities or running workshops, Jika Jika has three rooms and a computer lab available to hire.

Jika aims to promote community participation through the hire and use of these facilities.

In addition, our facilities are strictly smoke-free, indoors and outdoors.

Information about the halls available for hire are included in the Hall Hire Terms & Conditions.

We provide the most up-to-date Hall Hire Prices on our website.

 


 

There are two types of venue hire available.

Regular Hall Hire: If you would like to hire a hall routinely, whether it be weekly, monthly or each term, a Regular Hall Hire application form will need to be completed.

Please contact the Jika office to ensure there is room availability.

Casual Hall Hire: If you would like to book a hall for a one-off event, meeting or class, a Casual Hall Hire application form will need to be completed.

Please contact the Jika office to ensure there is room availability.

Either form can be filled in online, on your computer, and emailed to admin@jikajika.org.au. Alternatively, you can also print out and complete a form by hand, and drop it off at Jika Jika during office hours.

 


 

Large Hall

The Large Hall is based at the corner of Plant and Union Streets and holds up to 70 people, and has a kitchen attached.

Small Hall

The Small Hall is based on the corner of Plant and Union Streets and holds up to 40 people.

JIKA IN THE PARK – situated in Oldis Gardens

Jika in the Park is based at 2 East Street and holds up to 30 people.
