Sensitive Skin
Yogurt, honey, and cocoa powder mask
DIY face masks were made for people with sensitive skin. The natural ingredients won’t irritate your face, and they’re way cheaper than buying a sheet mask only to discover that it’s not a match.
Yogurt is the key ingredient for this particular recipe, as it contains soothing proteins and probiotics to gently soften your skin and reduce inflammation.
And then there’s honey, the natural cleanser that deep cleans your pores and nourishes skin without causing irritation. Just try this DIY face mask, and you’ll never go back to store-bought sheet masks again!
Put the yogurt into a bowl
Pour in honey and cocoa powder and stir until smooth
Apply mask to clean, dry skin for 10-15 minutes
Remove mask with warm water and rinse
1/2 cup of yogurt
a handful of berries, mashed
coffee
1 tsp Turmeric
Mix all ingredients together and apply to your face. You can use a fun mask applicator brush. Let it sit for 20 or 30 minutes. The great thing about this is since nothing is overly concentrated, you don’t have to worry about leaving a mask on for too long. Since this mask has an exfoliant in it (the coffee) before taking it off, use a little water and begin to exfoliate your face in a circular motion. Then remove with water and a washcloth.
