Strategic Plan 2023-2026
Our wonderful Volunteer Committee of local residents guides us as we work within the neighbourhood through a Community Development framework. In 2023, our Committee developed our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan to inform our direction for the next three years.

Increasing grant revenue and maximising value from partnerships.
Improving how we communicate so that more people walk through our doors.
Delivering on De-Fence Against Loneliness to increase beauty, visibility and access at Jika.
Strengthening organisational structures and building our team’s and volunteers’ capacity.
