Toy exchange

Visit the toy exchange in our community courtyard where your child can browse and pick up pre-loved toys in good condition such as dolls, action figures, games, puzzles and more. In return, bring any gently used toys your child has outgrown to swap for something "new-to-you".

The toy swap is a fun way for children to rotate toys, reduce waste and connect. It's available whenever you visit Jika Jika, including on Wednesdays during our Open Playground.

Book exchange

Browse an ever-changing selection of books for all ages at our book exchange outside Jika Jika on Plant Street. Take a book or two to enjoy at home or while relaxing in our courtyard.

We welcome donations of second-hand books in good condition to keep our library stocked with great reads. By freely sharing books, we build community, spark imagination and spread the joy of reading.

Seed library

Our seed library lets you pick up an ever-changing selection of free seeds to grow veggies, herbs or flowers. Browse the donated envelopes and take some for your garden.

Plant the seeds, let them grow, then collect and donate back some of what you harvest. By sharing seeds freely, we help more gardens thrive in our beautiful community.

Get in touch to learn more about any of these initiatives or how you can get involved.
